FLEXOGRAPHIC Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in producing high-quality printed materials. This FULL TIME, PERMANENT opportunity requires a candidate with a blend of technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses according to job specifications while monitoring runs for consistent quality. Leveraging your experience with Mark Andy equipment, you will perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues if they arise. Utilizing your knowledge of water-based ink chemistry, you will ensure proper ink coverage, registration, and color quality across all materials. Additionally, you will conduct thorough quality control inspections on final products and strictly follow all safety procedures during the printing process. Success in this role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a strong attention to detail to produce high-quality printed materials.

• working in a smoke free environment
• standing for 8 hours at one time
