The company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Mobile, Alabama. These routes provide consistent freight and mileage, regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package effective from day one. This opportunity is suitable for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support while establishing a professional trucking career.
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

- Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
Schedule & equipment:
- Regional routes centered on the Gulf Coast and the Southeastern U.S., with regular weekly home time.
- Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook.
- Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Minimum qualifications:
- Valid CDL‑A.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
- Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and a pre‑employment drug test.
