Highest Paid Event Staff in Huntsville, Make What You Deserve! Uncapped Pay! We are seeking personable and energetic individuals to join our team as Event Staff. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events and stores by providing excellent customer service. Working in this role you will learn to schedule appointments with our customers in-person using proven lead generation techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with event/ booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials (must be able to lift a small 3ft collapsible table or manage a pop-up tent, but not at every location)

- Must be eager to interact in conversations with guest using interpersonal skills

- Schedule appointments for our customers to meet with sales consultants regarding our products that Renewal by Andersen offers

- Ability to stand upright during your scheduled shift and staying energetic and approachable (you are the face of the company in this role)

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service settings that include restaurant, hospitality and retail is preferred

- Willingness to learn our proven techniques in lead generation and appointment setting

- Walking/ standing during majority of your shift

- Valid Drivers' License

- Own personal transportation for work

- High School Diploma or GED

- Pass drug screen and background report
