Burn Table Operator – $17/hr (DOE) | Immediate Start

Hokes Bluff, AL 35903(Near Glencoe & Ballplay)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Pay: $17.00/hr (Based on Experience)

We are hiring a Table Operator to support production operations in Hokes Bluff, AL. This role involves working at a production table to assemble, inspect, and process materials while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

• Assemble, sort, and process materials at a production workstation
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions, schedules, and safety guidelines
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation
• Report defects or production issues to supervisors
• Meet daily production and quality targets

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience (manufacturing/warehouse preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Burn table experience

Requirements:

• Must pass a math & measurement test
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Steel-toe boots required

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Overtime: 10-hour shifts on Saturdays & Sundays
