Strata-G is looking for a highly accomplished leader who expertly drives high-value projects, program, and operational initiatives to deliver results that align with a company's mission, vision, and values. This candidate must specialize in the development and management of advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions for custom, cost-effective systems within complex environments.

The Director of Program Management needs to be a dynamic strategist who gains buy-in among employees to champion process improvements, who builds alliances among decision-makers, who maintains cutting-edge technical skills, and who thrives in rapidly evolving scenarios while leading strong teams by example and with ethics and integrity to surpass the status quo. This position will be responsible for the Program Management Office growth and performance and the successful execution of all projects within Strata-G.

• Oversee the execution of all corporate projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met

• Manage large budgets and communicate project risks, schedules, and results to senior leadership

• Collaborate across departments to drive efficiency, alignment, and results

• Spearhead strategic planning, process improvement, contract management, and ISO certification retainment

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project and program managers

• Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to ensure mission success

• 15+ years of project/program management experience

• Proven success as a Program Director or senior manager leading complex initiatives

• Strong knowledge of project management techniques, evaluation methods, and performance metrics

• Expertise in budgeting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with proposal development or contract evaluation for U.S. Government projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word

• PMP or DAWIA certification (or ability to obtain) required

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA/MAS a plus)
