Budget Heating and Cooling LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! You'll be a key player in ensuring our clients' comfort by installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for both commercial and residential customers . If you're a reliable and self-motivated professional with a proven track record, we want to talk to you.

HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel to homes and businesses as scheduled to perform work.
• Diagnose customer concerns with their current HVAC system.
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Perform necessary repairs and routine preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment.
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.
• Utilize sales experience to upsell future service contracts and units to customers.

HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related mechanical fields. (2 years preferred)
• Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and blueprint reading .
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with manual and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Reliable and self-motivated with leadership potential.
• Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants is preferred.
