Your Responsibilities:

Yes, you’ll be diagnosing, drilling, and dazzling patients with your clinical skills—but let’s be real, we’re looking for more than just a steady hand and a sharp eye. • Diagnose and provide excellent patient care and treatment
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Develop and maintain trusting, long-term patient relationships
• Partner with and lead a supportive, experienced team
• Maintain high clinical standards and a positive work environment

Qualifications:

You’ve got the degree (DMD or DDS—we don’t play favorites), an active license with no drama attached, and a chairside manner that puts people at ease before they even sit down. You’re a confident communicator, a natural leader, and a team player who treats patients like people—not procedures. If you’ve got clinical chops, a collaborative spirit, and compassion baked into everything you do, we already like your style.

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Active Alabama dental license (in good standing, no disciplinary actions)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for teamwork and treating patients with compassion
