Vulnerability Project Team Lead

Northwest Partners is engaged in a strategic initiative with a well-established banking organization and seeks an experienced vulnerability project team lead to oversee a high-impact security program. This role involves guiding a vulnerability management team, aligning security policies with business needs, and driving collaboration across departments.

What YOU will do
lead the vulnerability management program in alignment with compliance and security policies
manage and mentor team members within the vulnerability management function
collaborate with security and IT teams to enhance program integration and efficiency
serve as the primary contact for vulnerability-related issues and communications
convey risk levels and remediation strategies to business and technical stakeholders
define, implement, and uphold vulnerability management policies, procedures, and SLAs

What YOU will bring us
7 10 years of experience in vulnerability management or a related security leadership role
strong background in managing cross-functional security teams
deep understanding of security frameworks, risk communication, and remediation processes
ability to develop policies and drive compliance in complex enterprise environments
experience working with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives
