Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to support second shift operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will provide hands-on leadership to the quality team while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, GMP requirements, and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence on the production floor, working closely with operations leadership and quality personnel to support production activities, ensure quality oversight, and address issues that may arise during the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities for the 2nd shift Quality team (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

• Maintain a strong floor presence, working alongside the Operations Supervisor to support production and quality initiatives

• Become qualified in gowning procedures and work within ISO Class 8 cleanroom environments, including the use of required PPE such as respirators for hazardous drug handling

• Perform inspection, sampling and ensure adherence to quality standards

• Identify and document quality deviations that occur during the shift

• Investigate and document minor deviations, support CAPA processes, and prepare Day 1 incident reports when necessary

• Utilize critical thinking to properly classify deviations and determine appropriate escalation when required

• Provide backup support for environmental monitoring sampling activities

• Review production logs, documentation, and batch records to ensure completeness and compliance

• Perform environmental monitoring, plate counting, and documentation as required

• Prepare daily shift pass-down reports to ensure effective communication with the day shift quality team

• Assist with change control documentation and quality system updates as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment

• Working knowledge of GMP regulations and cleanroom environments

• Experience working within ISO Class 8 or similar controlled environments preferred

• Ability to evaluate deviations, support investigations, and contribute to CAPA activities

• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Compensation

• $32.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
