- In-Home Design: Travel to pre-set appointments in the Mobile, AL region to assess kitchen and bathroom spaces.
- Consultative Selling: Guide homeowners through design options, material selection, and project scope.
- Closing: Deliver professional proposals using our sales software and utilize strong closing skills to secure contracts on-site.
- Teamwork: Work with our internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience required (Home Remodeling or Design background preferred).
- A sharp eye for kitchen/bathroom trends, spatial planning, and interior aesthetics.
- A documented track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to confidently close the deal
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to appointments.
- Proficiency with Marketsharp CRM or Salespro, or other similar programs, is a significant plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-facing presence.
- $35k starting base salary, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
