Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing complex logistics operations? We're looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation in our Aerospace & Defense programs. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end logistics operations-covering transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution-while ensuring strict adherence to U.S. government regulations and industry quality standards.

• Develop and execute logistics strategies that align with program and corporate objectives.

• Manage transportation, inventory control, warehousing, and packaging for high-value components.

• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure material availability, reduce downtime, and support lean initiatives.

• Oversee import/export operations and maintain compliance with ITAR, EAR, and DoD requirements.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics team, driving continuous improvement.

• Optimize logistics costs and implement KPIs to track delivery performance and regulatory compliance.

• Serve as the primary logistics liaison with customers, suppliers, and government agencies.

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 8-10 years in Aerospace & Defense logistics, with 3+ years in leadership.

• Expertise in U.S. government contracting, export compliance, and regulated logistics environments.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

• Lead Six Sigma or APICS certification, preferred.

• Hazardous materials handling experience, preferred.

• Proven success reducing costs and improving delivery performance.
