Compensation:

Position:

1. Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

Location:

1. Brookshire Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Huntsville, AL

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
2. Create a home-like environment, offering emotional support and working closely with residents’ families.
3. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
4. Assist with medical procedures, record resident care, and respond to emergencies.
5. Ensure resident safety by following infection control practices and maintaining a clean environment.
6. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and assess resident needs.
7. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

1. Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Certification
2. Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong understanding of patient care and best nursing practices.
4. Empathetic and compassionate, with a dedication to resident well-being.
5. Excellent communication and time management skills.
