Executive Assistant

Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, Michigan. This is a long-term contract role where you will provide essential support to senior team members and help maintain the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking to ensure the team's needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities: - Manage calendars for multiple senior bankers, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively. - Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and accommodations. - Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. - Coordinate and make reservations for dinners, parties, and other events as needed. - Greet guests at the front desk and handle incoming deliveries professionally. - Maintain a clean, organized office environment, including replenishing snacks and beverages. - Provide receptionist duties by answering calls and assisting visitors. - Support administrative tasks, such as document preparation and data management. - Ensure seamless use of tools like Concur and Microsoft Office Suite to optimize workflows. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. - Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling for senior executives. - Skilled in booking and organizing complex travel arrangements. - Familiarity with expense reporting systems, particularly Concur. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Detail-oriented approach with a focus on providing outstanding support.
