Industrial Paint Supervisor – 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Paint Supervisor to lead daily painting operations and supervise industrial painters in a manufacturing or field environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate industrial painting crews
• Plan daily work activities and assign job tasks
• Ensure proper surface prep, coating application, and finish quality
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and compliance standards
• Inspect completed work for quality and rework as needed
• Train, mentor, and support painters and helpers
• Coordinate with project management and other trades

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an industrial painter with lead or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial coatings, surface prep, and application methods
• Ability to read work orders, specs, and schedules
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Strong focus on safety and quality

This is a Permanent position based out of Tuscaloosa, AL.

The pay range for this position is $38.88 - $38.88/hr.
