Duties

• Training will be provided in order to preform at a high level
• Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property evaluations and highlight the features that need improving on their homes and why.
• Utilize territory sales strategies to effectively manage client relationships within assigned areas.
• Implement inside sales techniques to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM tools.
• Execute direct sales initiatives, including cold calling potential clients to generate interest.
• Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the home buying experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic to model homes.

Qualifications

• Not afraid of heights.
• Not afraid to build relationships with strangers.
• Have a positive attitude, with the willingness to learn.
• Experience in sales is not necessary, however is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
