We are a specialty auto shop in Huntsville looking for an organized and detail oriented office manager. Automotive experience is not needed.
General duties include answering the phone, scheduling existing customers, answering general questions, photographing cars at check in and coordinating customer communications. Attention to detail is very important and the ability to document/note everything is a large part of the job.
