Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in - Theodore, AL, to provide treatment in a home setting: $120/eval

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy ,
• Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists especially Hospice patients
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
