Construction Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 to $31.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Job Title: Construction Manager - Restoration Projects

This is a long term, temp to hire role.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of restoration construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions. Review and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documentation. Process change orders, manage requests for information (RFIs), and maintain meticulous project documentation.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to walk and work on active job sites that have been impacted by various forms of damage, including flooded areas, fire damage, and other challenging environments.

Construction Manager Qualifications:

• Qualifications: Proven experience in construction project management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for reporting, scheduling, and budgeting.
