Manager Trainee
Seneca Foods Corporation Seneca Foods Corporation of Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro, currently has an opening for a full-time Manager Trainee. Responsibilities:
- Directly work across all areas of the facility throughout the year.
- Assist with contracting raw product acreage as well as crop planting and harvesting in the Agriculture department.
- Transition into the Manufacturing Plant for the corn processing season.
- Work with frozen/dry packaging, warehousing, and shipping in the Distribution department upon the conclusion of the vegetable processing season.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4-year college degree and/or supervisory experience in an agricultural setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to function in a team environment.
