Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Anniston AL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a chemical and petrochemical location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility grounds perimeter and other designated areas to help identify unusual activity unsecured access points and/or potential hazards in an industrial location.
• Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry and exit of personnel visitors vehicles and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
• Support incident reporting and daily activity documentation including noting operational concerns maintenance issues and/or policy violations observed during patrols and assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
