CDL-A Truck Driver | Regional | No-touch freight | Weekly Pay: $1,400-$1,500
Home Time: Weekly | Hiring Area: Birmingham, AL 35203

Rouse Trucking is now hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a regional position. If you've got the skills and work ethic to handle freight professionally, we've got the lanes, the equipment, and the pay structure to match what you bring to the job.

This position runs a regional lane with a structured schedule built around consistent freight flow and planned weekly home time.

Pay and Compensation:

Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,500 depending on experience and run consistency. Additional earnings include stop pay, detention, breakdown, layover, and clean inspection bonuses.

Transition pay is provided during your first few weeks to stabilize income.

Home Time: 6 full days per month with flexible scheduling.

Equipment:

Drivers operate late-model Peterbilt 579 trucks equipped with inverters, refrigerators, TV mounts, SiriusXM, and Espar bunk heaters. No slip seating.

Operations:

Dispatch is staffed by former drivers who focus on keeping trucks moving while respecting driver time. Freight is scheduled to support consistent routing and reduce downtime between loads.

Orientation:

Orientation is quick and straightforward. Hotel, travel, and meals are all covered. No buses, no classroom marathons. You'll leave orientation in your own truck, ready to roll with your first load and start earning right away.

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience
