Commercial Real Estate Assistant POST NUMBER: 483508
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day property management tasks, including lease administration and tenant relations.
- Coordinate maintenance requests , work orders, and vendor services.
- Conduct market research and assist in property evaluations.
- Prepare and organize lease agreements, contracts, and financial reports .
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation .
- Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support leasing efforts, including marketing materials and property showings.
- Help with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills .
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.
