The Job
We’re looking for a Dishwasher to join the Epice team. You keep us stocked, clean, organized. The work is hard, but the team is tough and works together.
What You'll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, bar tools, and kitchen equipment quickly and consistently
- Keep dish station, kitchen areas, and back-of-house clean, stocked, and organized
- Take out trash and recycling as needed; restock cleaning supplies, towels, and chemicals
- Assist with basic prep tasks when needed (labeling, organizing deliveries, restocking plates, ice, glassware, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and service staff to keep the flow moving smoothly
- Support the team wherever needed during service — whether that’s running glassware, polishing silverware, or helping reset the line
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
