Long-Lewis of Alabaster is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Concierge to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience across our sales and service departments. You’ll play a vital role in supporting daily operations by assisting customers, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating with internal teams.

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner—both in person and over the phone.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.

• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Administrative Support

• Answer and direct incoming calls and relay messages as needed.

• Schedule appointments for service and sales departments.

• Process payments and assist with basic clerical tasks.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/workspace.

• Provide general administrative support to dealership staff as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be a full-time role, Monday-Friday with the hours of 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.
