Monday - Friday 7pm-7am

You will work in a fasted paced friendly environment while learning multiple roles, operate machinery and equipment, as well as ensuring quality of process based on standard operating procedures. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of preforming a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include assisting with machine operations, general housekeeping, and other assigned tasks. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, the ability to work independently and with others as well.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Handles and moves materials according to production processes
• Works multiple roles according to plant needs on given day
• Complies with all Safety and Environmental standards
• Performs additional work assigned by Production Supervisor in order to meet customer demand

Requirements:

• Pass Tarkett pre-employment drug screen, medical examination/physical, criminal and employment background checks
• Must be able to concentrate on their tasks.
• Must be able to frequently lift, bend, kneel and stoop
• Ability to communicate and understand is also essential
• Safety Shoes/ Composite Shoes

Essential Functions:

• Aid in operation of production machinery per instructions
• Conducting periodic tests and inspections of products to evaluate quality
• Use logic and reasoning to provide solutions to problems.
• Optimize equipment performance to meet and exceed standards and or deadlines
• Be open to change and constant process improvements
• Ability to quickly adjust machine controls as need arises.
• Ability to safely use required tools such as an air blower and a utility knife.
