**Job Description**
ManaWe are currently seeking an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to accelerate the growth of our Generative AI portfolio of services within Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In this critical role, you will drive definition and clarity around operational excellence, specifically ensuring teams across Oracle are aware of and able to utilize new large language models as they become available. The outcomes of this role are to ensure that teams across Oracle are able to modernize their services and applications through the generative AI services that OCI is building.
This role will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI and machine learning, enabling initiatives that revolutionize how businesses leverage generative AI. This role will own key business management and strategy mechanisms for the organization, proposing and managing worldwide initiatives and mechanisms to create, accelerate, and launch generative AI opportunities with partners and customers while helping to inform and manage the business.ge the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
**Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with partners, sales, and other specialists to align priorities.
+ Host interlocks with partners, technical leaders across all teams assisting customers, and foster collaboration.
+ Define and implement operational hygiene practices, with a focus on change management, problem management, and incident management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive requirements to instill/mechanize the operational bar into existing tooling.
+ Establish and communicate clear guidelines and standards for measuring the financial and operational bar, ensuring alignment with OCI's cloud strategy.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, leveraging your expertise to drive the successful adoption and adherence to OCI requirements.
+ Utilize your program management skills to coordinate complex initiatives, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved within established timelines.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
