Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist in food handling tasks including portioning, packaging, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
• Support team members with food prep, stocking supplies, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is a plus but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
