Were based in Irondale, Alabama at a 5,000 sq ft facility with a retail store, classroom, honey processing room, outdoor pavilion, and a teaching apiary. Our reputation is built on good service, nice people, and doing things the right way.The roleThis is a full-time, customer-facing retail position. Your job is to serve customers wellhelp them find the right products, answer questions, run checkout, and keep the store clean, stocked, and ready. This is an all-around role, so youll pitch in wherever needed. The priority is meeting the needs of the business and supporting the teamwhatever that looks like that day. That can range from printing kids activity sheets to stocking shelves to helping clean restrooms. We take ownership and do the small things well because they matter.Hours: 3540 hours/weekSchedule: TuesdaySaturdayLocation: Irondale, ALResponsibilitiesServe customers in-store and over the phone with a friendly, helpful attitudeHelp customers find the right beekeeping and honey products for their needsProvide clear product guidance and solve problemsOperate our POS system and Shopify to process sales accuratelyProcess returns, exchanges, and refunds correctly as neededRestock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the shop organized and customer-readyOpen/close the store as scheduledSupport the team with general store needs (cleaning, organizing, printing materials, etc.)What were looking forKind, humble, service-minded personality (this matters here)Strong customer service and communication skillsAttention to detail (checkout accuracy, returns, and inventory matter)Reliable and on-timeComfortable learning systems (POS + Shopify)Beekeeping knowledge is helpful, but not required.
