**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by adhering to Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual circumstances.
+ Monitor access points and common areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any security-related issues.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents encountered during patrols.
+ Collaborate with on-site personnel and management to support a secure environment for all staff and visitors.
+ Remain alert to potential security-related concerns specific to a tech or media-oriented location and respond according to Allied Universal protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A current guard card or license is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ X-ray screening experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
