Sigmatech is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the Aviation Field Maintenance Directorate (AFMD) and Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) programs. This role supports developmental system testing, sustainment, and lifecycle operations for Army missile and ground-based weapon systems.

This position directly contributes to mission readiness through system diagnostics, maintenance execution, and operational testing support across CONUS Army installations and DoD testing sites.

• Provide developmental and sustainment-level support for IAMD, SHORAD, and ground-based missile systems

• Support Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) operations within S-280 shelters and tactical configurations

• Interpret and troubleshoot wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and power distribution layouts

• Diagnose electronic, electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical malfunctions

• Perform repairs and adjustments to specific tolerance standards

• Support system flight/battle simulation exercises and operational readiness events

• Operate and employ Army/DoD FMTV vehicles equipped with Load Handling Systems (LHS) or similar missile platforms

• Document maintenance actions in accordance with Army Materiel Maintenance Management policies

• Travel up to 10% to Army installations and DoD testing sites (Intermediate & Senior levels)

• Three (3) years in a related MOS OR two (2) years in a technical trade

• Experience supporting missile systems, IAMD, SHORAD, or similar tactical platforms

• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals

• CDL (Commercial Driver License) or ability to obtain

• Five (5) years in related MOS OR three (3) years technical trade

• Same expertise as Journeyman

• Working knowledge of Army maintenance management principles

• Ability to travel extensively (25-50%)

• Seven (7) years related MOS OR five (5) years technical trade

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Experience leading technicians in non-standardized assignments

• Knowledge of lifecycle logistics fundamentals preferred
