Position Summary

The Vice President of Finance is a strategic financial leader for Dash Solutions, responsible for driving financial performance, guiding long-term planning, and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. This role partners closely with the executive leadership team to align financial strategy with business objectives , providing data-driven insights that support Dash’s mission to Make Payments Mean More. The VP of Finance oversees budgeting, forecasting, portfolio profitability, and product pricing while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within Commercial Finance team .

R esponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute financial strategies and processes that support Dash's growth goals, profitability targets, and long-term sustainability
• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning to provide proactive insights for business decision-making.
• Oversee timely and accurate portfolio financial reporting, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for executives and department leaders.
• Manage pricing model builds and updates to align with changing assumptions with revenue and expense drivers, along with payment recipient behaviors.
• Partner with Executive team to drive dynamic strategies across clients and partners that generate reoccurring revenue streams based on industry and product.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Commercial Finance team, cultivating high performance, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Partner with key leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, and Client Success to drive informed, financially sound decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls. 

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven success in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a growth-oriented business. 
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles (GAAP), and financial compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Technology-savvy, with experience leveraging ERP, BI, and financial reporting tools.
