In this exciting front-of-the-house role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they arrive.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Efficiently take and process orders through our drive-thru system, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure quick and accurate preparation of orders.
- Handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold our brand standards and adhere to all safety and health guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
