Salary: Starting at $17/hour

JOB OVERVIEW

• The Facility Cleaner cleans, sanitizes and maintains company buildings.
• This is a part-time position.
  • Approximately 20 hours each week, 3-5 days per week.
• This position is paid hourly.
• No travel is expected for this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
2. Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms.
3. Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, and furniture.
4. Picks up and empties trash containers.
5. Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, kitchen and break areas.
6. Stocks paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap in bathrooms.
7. In commercial property, notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have a valid Drivers license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Prolonged periods of standing, walking and frequently pulling, pushing and bending.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
