About the Role:

The QKLANE TECH - FLAT RATE position at Mullinax Ford-Lincoln of Mobile is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our service department. This role focuses on providing high-quality maintenance services to our customers, ultimately enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty. The technician will be responsible for performing repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner. By adhering to industry standards and best practices, the technician will contribute to the overall success of the service department. The end result of this position is to maintain a high level of service quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations, thereby driving repeat business and positive referrals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automotive technician certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE certification in multiple areas.
• Experience with Ford or Lincoln vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
