**Job Title: Maintenance Helper** **Job Description** The Maintenance Helper will support the maintenance technician and be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all equipment onsite, including Asphaul Dryers, Dust Collectors, conveyor systems, crushers, and air compressors. The role involves performing minor maintenance tasks around the plant. **Responsibilities** + Assist the maintenance technician with preventive maintenance and repairs of onsite equipment. + Perform minor maintenance tasks and troubleshoot mechanical issues. + Support the maintenance manager with tools and general upkeep of the plant. **Essential Skills** + Experience with preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs. + Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform maintenance tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of basic tools for maintenance activities. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values dedication and hard work, offering opportunities to support essential plant operations. The environment includes general laborers/helpers to assist with maintenance requests, fostering a cooperative team setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
