DSI Security Services is seeking an experienced Remote Monitoring Center Manager in Dothan, AL to lead the 24/7 operations of the Remote Monitoring Center. Responsibilities include staffing, performance metrics, and maintaining high-quality customer service while overseeing video surveillance and monitoring platforms.
The ideal candidate has leadership in a 24/7 environment, strong technical understanding of video monitoring, network infrastructure, and operational security.
