TCG Specialist- Full-Time

Do you live and breathe Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, Lorcana, or other trading card games?

We're looking for someone who can help grow our TCG community through product knowledge, customer service, inventory management, and organized play.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product recommendations, purchases, and general hobby knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge across major trading card games, including Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and other emerging TCGs.
• Receive, organize, price, and merchandise inventory to ensure the sales floor remains clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist with purchasing and evaluating collections, including researching market values and processing inventory.
• Support the planning and execution of tournaments, prereleases, trade nights, and other community events.
• Stay informed on new product releases, market trends, and industry developments.
• Assist with inventory management, product organization, and general store operations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused retail environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the trading card game hobby and current products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Weekend and occasional evening availability.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience buying, selling, or trading collectibles.
• Familiarity with TCGplayer, eBay, or other hobby marketplaces.
• Experience organizing or participating in organized play events.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory management systems.
