Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. Job Details The Warranty Manager is responsible for overseeing all post-construction warranty, service, and facilities-related activities across a portfolio of completed projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for warranty issues, coordinating between owners, internal project teams, maintenance departments, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution, high client satisfaction, and long-term asset performance. This position blends project management, service management, and facilities/maintenance oversight, and requires frequent travel to project sites to inspect issues, manage repairs, and support owners during the warranty period. Key Responsibilities
Warranty & Service Management
Serve as the primary owner of the warranty program from project closeout through expiration.
Manage, track, and resolve warranty claims related to building systems, finishes, and equipment.
Investigate warranty issues on-site, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure warranty obligations are fulfilled in accordance with contract documents and quality standards. Project & Facilities Coordination
Coordinate closely with Project Management, Construction, Design, and Manufacturing teams to support smooth handoff from construction to operations.
Work with Facilities and Maintenance teams to align warranty repairs with ongoing maintenance activities.
Develop repair scopes, schedules, and work plans to minimize operational disruption.
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and service providers performing warranty-related work. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted point of contact for owners and facility managers regarding warranty and service matters.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing status updates and resolution timelines.
Conduct site visits and inspections to review reported issues and confirm completed work.
Build long-term relationships that support client satisfaction and repeat business. Process Improvement & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of warranty issues, resolutions, costs, and trends.
Identify recurring issues and partner with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in design, manufacturing, construction, and installation processes.
Support the development of standardized warranty procedures, service workflows, and documentation.
Provide reporting and insights to leadership on warranty performance, risk areas, and outcomes. Travel Requirements
30-40% travel required to active and completed project sites across multiple regions.
Travel includes site inspections, coordination with local vendors, and client-facing meetings. Qualifications
Experience in warranty management, facilities management, service management, or construction project management.
Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance operations, and post-construction service.
Proven ability to manage multiple issues and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Comfortable working independently in the field and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project tracking, service management, or facilities management software preferred.
Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 30-40%. What Success Looks Like
