Compensation:$47,195 - $67,163 yearly
Responsibilities:- Perform routine grounds maintenance , including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal to maintain a clean and safe facility exterior.
- Maintain and enhance landscaping , including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal upkeep of trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct basic facility repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings, walkways, and outdoor structures.
- Monitor site conditions and report or address safety hazards , ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintenance standards.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or equipment operation .
- Ability to safely operate and maintain maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and light machinery.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, including mowing, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
