Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician / Assistant Maintenance

$22/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Must have own tools
Step into a vital role supporting a busy apartment community with certified-level maintenance expertise. You’ll handle essential repairs, ensure resident satisfaction, and help keep the property running at peak performance.
Job Description
- Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready tasks
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Use personal tools to complete daily operations
Qualifications
- Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to diagnose and repair general maintenance issues
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
