Job Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Community & Platform Manager to be the hands-on connection within the REV Network. This person will be the first line of support for our members , the driver of our e-commerce and shopping experience , and the creator of engaging design assets for community and promotional needs.

This role blends community care, e-commerce management, and creative design . You’ll manage the daily experience of our members, keep our store and products running smoothly, and design the visual elements that bring our brand to life. This position begins as a 1099 contract with the intention to convert to full-time employment.

What You’ll Do

Community Engagement & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for member questions, feedback, and support needs.

  • Ensure members feel seen, valued, and supported at every touchpoint.

  • Facilitate onboarding, events, live chats, and daily engagement in the REV Network.

  • Moderate discussions, celebrate member milestones, and resolve conflicts with empathy and clarity.

E-Commerce & Platform Management

  • Manage the full shopping experience within our WordPress/WooCommerce site.

  • Configure and maintain product listings, promotions, and checkout flows.

  • Oversee on-demand printing (Printify, Printful, etc.) for apparel and merch.

  • Optimize product pages for conversion and user experience.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operation.

Design & Creative Production

  • Design merch, promotional graphics, and digital assets that represent REV’s brand identity.

  • Create visuals for social media, newsletters, community content, and product promotions.

  • Update existing designed resources and templates as needed.

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools to maintain a professional, modern visual presence.

AI Collaboration & Automation

  • Partner with AI Architect to set up onboarding flows, automated nudges, and FAQ support.

  • Use AI tools to summarize conversations, highlight trends, and enhance engagement.

  • Automate key community processes such as badges, welcome flows, and reminders.

Cohort & Program Facilitation

  • Support Connected Leaders’ Collectives by nudging, introducing, and keeping participants engaged.

  • Assist coaches and facilitators by surfacing participant insights and progress updates.

  • Coordinate reminders, recap posts, and accountability check-ins.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years in community management, e-commerce, or digital platform roles.

  • Proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) with experience creating merch, graphics, and promotional assets.

  • Experienced with WordPress/WooCommerce and online shopping systems.

  • Comfortable with on-demand printing platforms.

  • Strong communicator with empathy, patience, and a people-first mindset.

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics.

  • A natural connector who enjoys building community while managing systems and design.

Bonus If You:

  • Have experience in leadership development, coaching communities, or purpose-driven brands.

  • Know how to create gamified challenges, rituals, or engagement flows.

  • Can translate community insights into product/content improvements.

  • Have motion graphics, video editing, or advanced design experience.

Technical Skills

  • WordPress/WooCommerce

  • Community platforms (Circle, Discourse, etc.)

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools

  • Printify/on-demand printing platforms

  • Social media management tools

  • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.)

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

  • Analytics and reporting tools

Contract Details

  • Hourly Rate Range: $30–45/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • This is a 1099 contract-to-hire role , with the intention of moving to full-time employment based on performance and fit.
