General Labor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $19.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
- Operate molding equipment following proper procedures.
- Monitor press cycles, temperature, and pressure to ensure consistent mold performance.
- Cleaning and maintenance of molds to ensure quality.
- Record production data.
- Follow all plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand work orders, safety instructions, and production schedules.
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
- 75 lbs lifting and standing for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and physically demanding environment.
- Available for overtime, weekends, or other shifts as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
