- Connect with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven opportunities
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Educate potential clients on coverage options and benefits
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain compliance with Allstate policies and industry regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for customer service and helping others
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales experience is a plus, but not requiredwe provide comprehensive in-house training
- $60,000 - $150,000+ annually (base + commissions + bonuses)
