Clinical Administrative Assistant
NHS Management is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to support administrative and reporting functions at our Birmingham Training Center . This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience pulling and maintaining clinical or operational reports in a healthcare or regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking clinical and training data
- Pull, organize, and maintain clinical or operational reports
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and materials for leadership and meetings
- Maintain accurate records, rosters, and documentation
- Provide general administrative support and manage correspondence
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with reports or data in a healthcare or regulated setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare administrative experience preferred.
