Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Empower K-12 students to thrive by bringing your expertise as a School Psychologist or Psychometrist to a well-supported school environment near Theodore, AL. This meaningful contract role offers you the chance to provide valuable services within either a dedicated elementary campus or across a cluster of private schools in an itinerant capacity. The contract is set to begin March 23, 2025 and run through May 29, 2026, with a strong potential for renewal into summer and future school year terms based on performance.

What You Bring:

• Active Alabama school psychology license (required)
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and administration
• Flexibility to travel between sites if assigned to the itinerant private school role
• Commitment to on-site work—this position is in-person only
• Ability to deliver comprehensive assessments, counseling, and evidence-based interventions

Your Impact:

• Provide direct psychological and/or psychoeducational assessment services for students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop student support strategies and individualized plans
• Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Participate actively in eligibility, IEP, and intervention team meetings
• Advocate for students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
