**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related posture of the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
+ Assist with emergency response protocols and communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as appropriate.
+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to promote a secure environment within the aerospace and defense location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
+ Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
