What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Hotel Night Auditor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing nightly financial reconciliations and balancing accounts. - Managing the front desk during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs. - Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. - Preparing and distributing daily reports for management. - Ensuring the accuracy of room charges and other billing details. - Maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for guests during the night shift.

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need: - 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as hotel front desk or night audit. - Familiarity with accounting procedures and financial reconciliation. - Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests. - The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - Comfort working independently with minimal supervision. - Basic computer proficiency and experience with hotel PMS systems . - Strong math skills and attention to detail.
