Digital Product Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Birmingham, AL. Overview: Our client is seeking a Digital Product Analyst II to support digital product and technology initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment. This individual will function similarly to a Business Systems Analyst, acting as a bridge between product and technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a technical mindset who can clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define product and system requirements
- Translate business needs into epics, workflows, and detailed functional requirements
- Support Agile delivery teams by helping refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Serve as a liaison between product and technical teams to ensure alignment on application functionality and integrations
- Assist in documenting workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for Agile tracking, documentation, and collaboration
- Support applications and digital initiatives within a financial services environment
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years of overall relevant experience
- Agile experience in a product, BSA, systems analyst, or technical project environment
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
- Relevant Agile or technical certifications
- AWS knowledge or cloud exposure
- Development or technical project management background
- Financial services, banking, or fintech experience
