What Youll Do (Daily Duties)

Take to-go orders in person, by phone, and online

Enter orders accurately into the POS system

Coordinate with kitchen & service staff on timing

Package/check all to-go orders for accuracy & presentation

Deliver curbside orders with a smile

Process payments (cash & card)

Keep curbside/to-go areas clean and organized

Provide friendly guest service & resolve simple concerns

What Were Looking For

Positive attitude and great customer service

Strong communication & attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Basic math & cash-handling skills

Prior to-go experience is helpful (not required)

Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs

Dependable and punctual
