Certified Maintenance Technician –to cover Multiple Properties (Baldwin County, AL)
Location: Multiple Residential Communities Across Baldwin County
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation May Be Required
Pay: $18 per hour for the first 90 days

Our Client a Property Management leader in residential property services, known for maintaining high standards and delivering outstanding customer care. Who proudly manages multiple apartment communities and residential properties across Baldwin County, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems: outlets, lighting, breakers, and more
• Perform HVAC maintenance and diagnostics on units, furnaces, and ventilation systems
• Handle plumbing repairs: leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water heater maintenance
• Execute light carpentry and construction: drywall patching, painting, door/window installs
• Complete make-ready units for new tenants and conduct move-out inspections
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs
• Maintain records of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Certified Maintenance Technician or equivalent technical credentials
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in property or building maintenance
• Skilled in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repair work
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Must have valid driver’s license, clean background, and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., use ladders, and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions
